History: Osco was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.
