History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ielenia grew up listening to her father's many stories. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Through the years after Roger was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Roger's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 5 years.

Personality: She hates Humans with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. Hugolina enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Hugolina alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and to pay off his debts
