Description: The dark-skinned man stands 4'11" and wears a blue cloak and cross-gartered white stockings. His moppish golden hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Peren is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born in the west to a Mayor, Peren learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mayor. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His childhood dream was to be a Bather, but he was a colossal failure. He tends to his Blacksmith job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Ozyman was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A gifted student he started as a Carter, but he got bored and became a Bricklayer. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He worked as a nervous Doctor and found it very stressful. He struck the Doctor job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
