History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She worked as a nervous Unemployed and found it very stressful. She's also a talented Shipwright, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He prefers to wear red pants and tee shirts. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His tied-back hair is golden. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Wiggan never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.

History: Shamil was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She moved out south to avoid the crime she committed. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
