History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Her father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Bilga was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
