History: Born in the north to a Marshal, Mamnen learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: She got into the Engraver business at a young age. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the west were limited. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Engraver for the past few years.
