Description: This woman dresses like a well dressed Locksmith does. She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized sapphire on her left hand. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Locksmith who has hired her part-time. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Joan was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Joan decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned.
