Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His long silver hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born in a small desert village. He found a children's book about a Half-Orc Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

History: Born to a Layabout, his mother struggled to pay the bills. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Zook alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: She wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized black coat, and carries morningstars. Her chestnut hair, when down, is lengthy. Her eyes are black and catlike.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Aym fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge
