Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Valafar enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: This man tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He has done his best to style his silver crest to look like a famous performer. He has a dull look in his red eyes.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Priest but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Jocelyn was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Priest hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: This woman stands a little under 5'4" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She prefers to wear yellow pants and tee shirts. Her brown hair is still thick. Her eyes are hazel.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her psionic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She has never given up on her dancing dream.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.
