History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Veit grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Veit. He struck the Soapmaker job and began his own company from there.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Ella was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ella decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. After a long history of fighting, Ella and her spouse have recently divorced.

Her amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Cecily was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She's also a talented Sailor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
