Description: He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He has a long silver beard with little hanging trinkets. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Berrian was born on a far northern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Cartwright. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and wants his loneliness to end

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She is renowned for her bright grey dresses and hats. Her brown hair is smooth and relatively long. Her green eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Laborer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and to reunite with her old friends

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'9" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a black coat. His red hair is braided into rings. He has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.
Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He has all his life been fascinated with dancing.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ishgha grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ishgha. He has worked as a Scribe like his father before him.
Motivation: To clean up the streets; and balancing his hectic life and new scribe responsibilities is difficult

Description: This man is renowned for his bright grey suits and hats. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized amethyst on his left hand. His long red hair reaches down to his waist. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
