History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. After coming to the age of reason, Shax took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He tends to wear a black poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes are gold and catlike.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Vassago was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bookbinder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
