Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Dwarves. His skin is dark but he possesses many black ritualistic tattoos. He wears a tight fitting brown shirt and pants. His auburn hair is heavily combed to the left. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was born in the west. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears baggy tan pantaloons and a blue scarf. She has slicked back brown hair. Her gray eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a brown costume with the symbols of death on his torso. His hair is chestnut and curly. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Stableman. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Stableman.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and sabotage a competitor

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she has a large green mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her grey robe. She has white hair. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. A true patriot, Bryseis would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Bryseis hails from a village terrorized by drow. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bryseis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bryseis. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and someone believes her a fraud
