History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.

He has a dull look in his amber eyes.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Courier but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Left-Handed wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She got into the Cartwright business at a young age. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Art was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His childhood dream was to be a Laborer, but he was a colossal failure. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
