Description: An older man who wears dull black sweaters, loose tan pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed greataxe, just in case, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Therai lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Therai took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up greataxe and armor he uses now. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Herbalist but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She was born in the south. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Herbalist work with an outfit from a few towns over. Herbalist work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing her hectic life and new herbalist responsibilities is difficult

Description: With tan face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing brown cape and mantle trimmed with soft grey waves gently in the breeze. His brown fur is thinning but still full. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Description: She is lean but muscular and is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright tan and blue, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her black hair is knotted and matted. Her violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
