Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born in the north to a Mason, Bertram learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Mason and found it very stressful. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
