Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Barendd hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: He stands about 3'0" and is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing red cape and mantle trimmed with soft brown waves gently in the breeze. His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His long auburn hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Through the years after Curran was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Curran's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Curran fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He keeps his long red hair kept up in a rat tail. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Tabaxi, and stands approximately 6'2". She usually wears her pastel robe and has her trident always slung over her shoulder, and her gloved hand is found clutching a trident. Her orange fur is braided into rings. Her eyes are a pleasant amber.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. Cloud enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. When Cloud reached her early adolescence her Tabaxi father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
