Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She bought a scimitar and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Sybil isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Elven unity. She disdains her fellow southerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: She was raised in a plains tribe. Ostracized due to the divine powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
