History: Gifted from a young age, Naal studied abroad. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Stableman responsibilities is difficult; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Ilanis was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Ilanis's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
