History: Shaká was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Shaká alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: This slender woman stands about 4'9". She wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with brown lining and desert motifs. Her yellow fur is braided into rings. Her amber eyes peer out from beneath her wide-brimmed brown hat.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: Born in the west to a Guard, Windy learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Windy has worked very hard to control her curse. She has achieved small success as a Guard.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she has a crush on the local barrister

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. A gifted student he started as a Gardener, but he got bored and became a Weaver. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and doesn't want to be a weaver and was forced into it by his family

Description: He prefers to wear flannel, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 4'4" when asserting himself. Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.
