History: Mantus was born the youngest of three triplets. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with wide-brimmed hat. With bright brown hair and a scraggly beard. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Miles embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and retire the richest man in the north

Description: This southern woman has a large yellow mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her blue robe. Her clothes are grease stained in places. Her tied-back hair is blonde. Her brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Xanaphia wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Druid, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Orc companion (his 'brother'). He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he has money and likes to spend it
