History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Skirt was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with writing. She constantly tries to fill her life with writing. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Body Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Beggar they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Body Guard, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Through the years after Tagga was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Tagga's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.

History: Orianna hails from a village terrorized by drow. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
