History: He comes from a rich western family. When Rendar reached his early adolescence his Half-Orc father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Shifting has worked very hard to control her curse. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Hunter arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She struck the Hunter job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.
