History: Theriatis was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Description: This man stands a little under 3'8" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a tight fitting blue shirt and pants. His brown hair is heavily combed to the right. His blue eyes peer out from beneath his broad blue hat.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Fabien lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Fabien's homeland. Fabien decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: He got into the Detective business at a young age. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Mayor. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and to settle down with his crush

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and black, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. She has moderate length auburn hair. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Whurdred embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Many gnolls want her driven away; and to unite with her brother
