Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: She was born in a small island village. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and wants to raise his children well

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Junk Dealer. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and expand her business
