History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: Paymon was raised in a hard working conservative environment. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.
