History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Ratak alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against goblins.
