Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is an amazing painter.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in.
