Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sailor for hire.

History: Born in the south to a Spice Merchant, Aura learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Aura never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her 16th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and obtaining odd cultural dwarven artifacts is her passion

History: Gimble was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Server, but he got bored and became a Carter. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
