Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She has a large black mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her green robe. Her chestnut hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Bookbinder. She became a Bookbinder soon after.

Description: This woman stands a little under 4'7" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears dull white sweaters, loose grey pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed shortbow, just in case. Her white hair is thinning but still full. Her hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. Murgen enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: He prefers to wear red clothing when he does not wear armor. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy golden hair. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Watson embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Watson lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears skinny pants and wears a black and brown robe with the hood down. His black crest is heavily combed to the right. He is baby faced.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He's also a talented Farmer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and expand his business

Ideals: Athletic, Fighting. Bonds: Job, Nature, Poor. Occupation: Dyer

Voice: Dark and ominous
