History: Born in the west to a Carter, Pyxrin learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She worked as a nervous Carter and found it very stressful. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Tanner they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Bellfounder, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: Dariff lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Animal Trainer arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
