History: A child with a great deal of music talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: The dark-skinned woman stands 2'10" and wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat. Her long auburn hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. She has green eyes.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. The war was a terrible time for her, and Merla does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Merla was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bather.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Bather responsibilities is difficult.

Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, she tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her eyes are blue and catlike.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Isabella was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: She is lean but muscular and sports black clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. She has dyed her greying auburn hair a little too much giving a sharp auburn color. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Ootah wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Ootah was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Ootah's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac
