History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Paymon was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Personality: Geoffrey wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Aristocrat, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Masseuse arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
