Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is light but he possesses many black ritualistic tattoos. He is renowned for his bright grey suits and hats. He sports a flattop hair cut. His green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: He was raised in a desert tribe. His parents enrolled him in a Aristocrat school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. After a long history of fighting, Lance and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: He was born in a small island village. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He bought a spear and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He usually wears his blue robe and has his bastard sword always slung over his shoulder. He has shaved his head bald. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Erky will drive conversation. He uses divination through singing.
History: Erky was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Rogue, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Rogue in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is his passion
