Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Efferil was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Bounty Hunter. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
