He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. A true patriot, Birel would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Birel was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Some 5 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Birel never married again.
