Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Wella grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her shortbow, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a cross on it. Her white hair is still thick. Her blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Ruler. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Farideh was born on a far eastern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Ruler. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and a strong sense of loyalty to halfling people
