Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Through the years after Qemuel was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Qemuel's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Qemuel fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: He is a husky man, who is well dressed, constantly wearing a red suit, grey shirt, and violet tie. He wears a small hat to cover his moderate length silver hair. His amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ortegar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ortegar. After months of barely getting by, Ortegar managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Description: He is renowned for his bright tan suits and hats. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his hand crossbow, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a dagger on it. He wears his white hair up. His fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Fisher they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Fortune-teller, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Anne was born the youngest of three triplets. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac
