A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to get a good night's sleep

He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He bought a whip and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
