History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Engraver. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sickle.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Crown-heir business.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. After a long history of fighting, Erky and his spouse have recently divorced.
