History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He now owns his own business.

History: River was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Miller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Miller work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
