Description: An older man who typically wears grey cloth garments or leather armor, he is not a threatening figure. His silver hair has been sun bleached extensively. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.
History: Dain hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Dain alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. During his travels, Dain and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Dain discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Dain fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His white hair, when down, is lengthy. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: He is a Deep Scion in disguise. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His red hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. His fierce blue eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He is happy with his job as a Gardener. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: She is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Herbalist. She carries with her a set of halberds on her belt, each one with a topaz on the hilt. Her chestnut hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. She has several tiny topaz earrings on each ear.
Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her parents enrolled her in a Adept school at a young age so that she could practice her psionic talents. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Naivara fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and money/treasure
