History: Ratbag was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Kabbarg was born on a far western plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Dilettante. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He bought a longsword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and his religion dominates his actions
