Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Roofer. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. One day when Varis was young, his father was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his father dropped to the ground dead. His father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Varis was heart-stricken from the event, and his mother started working long hours to provde for them. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Roofer for hire.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered south to less war torn lands. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and to reunite with her old friends

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
