Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he usually wears his grey robe and has his hand crossbow always slung over his shoulder. He wears a broad hat to hide his balding. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Brewer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears baggy tan pantaloons and a black scarf. He has moderate length blonde hair. His brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Tabaxi culture. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She worked as a nervous Stylist and found it very stressful. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Stylist for the past few years.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She takes great joy in being the best Laborer in town.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She worked as a nervous Laborer and found it very stressful. She struck the Laborer job and began her own company from there.
