He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

After coming to the age of reason, Umpen took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and an old rival family wants her found
