Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears grey painted combat armor at almost all times. His long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Soapmaker but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and seeks redemption

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. He dropped out of school to support his sick father, and resented it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his greataxe with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. His brown eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. Being a Scribe kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and further expansion of business

Description: This woman stands a little under 6'1" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. Her blonde hair is knotted and matted. Her eyes are likewise gray.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.
History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Masseuse for hire.
Motivation: To be a Performer again; and further expansion of business
