History: She was raised in a plains tribe. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kite grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. A freak accident while working with her Stableman father left her crippled. She was granted divine powers by her dying sister.
