Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bellfounder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Odo and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.
