History: Born in the east to a Cook, Halander learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Body Guard they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Mayor, and she later adopted a second son.
